Swifty Transportation offers non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) to eligible clients for medical appointments, outpatient procedures, dialysis, physical therapy, hospital discharges, and other related services as permitted by law.
Our services include:
* Door-to-door transportation
* Wheelchair-accessible vehicles
* Curb-to-curb transportation
* Ambulatory transportation
We operate primarily in Sacramento, California and extend services to surrounding counties and cities within a reasonable distance. Service availability in outlying areas is subject to scheduling and vehicle availability.
You must be:
* At least 18 years old or have a legal guardian or caregiver book on your behalf.
* Medically stable and cleared for non-emergency transport.
* Able to provide accurate pick-up/drop-off details and health requirements.
We reserve the right to deny service to individuals who pose a risk to themselves, our drivers, or others.
* Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the trip cost.
* All fees are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
* We accept [insert payment methods, e.g., cash, major credit/debit cards, insurance billing].
Swifty Transportation reserves the right to change rates at any time, with or without notice, except for pre-booked or contracted services.
* We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or events beyond our control.
* We are not responsible for the deterioration of any medical condition during or after transport unless caused by our gross negligence or misconduct.
For the safety and comfort of all clients and drivers:
* No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are allowed in our vehicles.
* Abusive, threatening, or violent behavior will result in immediate termination of service and may be reported to authorities.
* Seatbelts must be worn at all times.
Drivers will wait up to 15 minutes past the scheduled pick-up time. After that, the trip may be marked as a no-show, and a fee may apply.
In the event of driver delay, clients will be notified via phone or text message.
Swifty Transportation does not provide medical care or emergency services. In the event of a medical emergency, call 911 immediately .
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
